This photo could just as easily be in the "Happy" category I think! You previously met my niece during that week's entry. Now you get to meet her Mom, my sister. I am so very lucky to have these two lovely ladies live very close to me. I invited them to dinner in exchange for picture taking. What good sports! ISO 800, f5.6, 1/5 sec, handheld.
This is a cordial glass set on a pedestal in front of an old projector screen I finally remembered I had. What a helpful backdrop! I liked the way the light caused different values of red to appear in the glass. No adjustments other than highlight slider in LR. ISO 100, f5.6, 1/20 sec.
After taking what I was certain was going to be my photo for this week I saw this 'road' snaking to a very dark set of buildings with an ominous looking sky overhead. I then spotted the gruesome face on the fence post to tie it all together. I begged for a raven to light on one of the posts, but to no avail. Adjusted blacks slightly, set to black and white, no other edits. ISO 200, f/5.0, 1/2500, hand held.
